Honestly, when I hit play and heard that familiar theme, it gave me absolute goosebumps. I’ve been waiting for more from this era, and seeing Maul back in action like this is exactly what we needed.

This show is firmly planted in the timeline we love, bridging the gap and showing us the rise of Maul's influence within the criminal underworld and his vendetta against the Empire. The trailer gives us a glimpse of some high-stakes action, and the animation style looks crisp, gritty, and perfect for this "Shadow Lord" persona.

- Maul (Sam Witwer): The legendary Sam Witwer returns to voice the former Sith Lord as he attempts to rebuild his power on the planet Janix.
- Devon Izara (Gideon Adlon): A disillusioned young Twi'lek Jedi Padawan and Order 66 survivor whom Maul targets as a potential new apprentice.
- Captain Brander Lawson (Wagner Moura): A local police detective on Janix trying to maintain a fragile peace.
- Two-Boots / 2B0T (Richard Ayoade): Lawson's unique police droid partner, who, true to his name, actually wears a pair of boots.

Why I'm Hyped
